Harris & Julia’s Fremont Foundry wedding was the perfect meld of opting for tradition while still making sure it felt true and honest to themselves. I loved how they seemed to keep all the fun aspects of everything while cutting out the parts that weren’t quite up to modern day speed.
These two walked each other down the aisle, they chose not to have a first look but still made all the googly eyes at each other. They married with a traditional Jewish ceremony, and both stepped on glass together before their first kiss!
To end their night, Harris and Julia performed a song for their family and friends. After a loving encore, they even played a second.
Harris and Julia are very clearly some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and if there is one thing their friends had to say it was those exact words.
Their day was filled with so much celebration, joy, and fun!!

Here’s what they had to say about their experience:
“Amanda did a great job capturing our 140-person wedding at the Fremont Foundry in Seattle, WA. Her shots of the ceremony and of our couple photos were beautiful; she managed to capture important moments from several different angles but was never in the way; and she did a great job on the candid shots (we asked her to focus on these and spend less time on portraits, and she delivered!). She was also friendly, responsive, and organized in the months leading up to the wedding. I would highly recommend her and we are already recommending her to friends.” – Harris
