When Courtney and Daniel reached out about doing a photo session while they visited Seattle I had no idea we get swamped in fog and officially check off all the PNW boxes!
Courtney is a fellow wedding photographer based out of Utah, (Check her out here, she’s amazing!) who was visiting with her husband Daniel to celebrate their anniversary. She knew they wanted something coastal and with some fall vibes and Whidbey Island sounded like the perfect option!
This week in particular was SO FOGGY in the mornings, my absolute favorite fall weather but it more then often only lasts a few hours at the start of the day. Well, on this day we got so dang lucky. Driving into the Deception pass area the whole spot was blanketed in fog, it was truly amazing. You just can’t plan on weather like this, you simply have to get lucky as heck!
I feel so lucky that Courtney & Daniel trusted me to capture their visit for them and so excited about what we were able to create together.
