Lakeside Maternity
Lilia & Quinn have the most wonderful home nestled on a little lake, all complete with a wood fired hot tub. When I found out Lilia was pregnant I KNEW we had to do some photos here in their space.
For her Lakeside Maternity session we soaked up the first truly warm day of the year on their dock before I had them dip into their hot tub. I’m obsessed with the way water and pregnancy seem to go hand in hand, it just feels so right. Mama in the water with baby gently suspended in waters inside of her.
The slow time before baby arrives. The time when it feels as though you're stretching between universes. A vast inbetween. A period of great longing and patience. Sweet and sometimes bittersweet. Always filled with so much love.
